Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellations made 21 days or more before the confirmed arrival date:** No cancellation fees will apply.

2.Cancellations made between 20 and 1 day before the arrival date:**
– A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will apply; or
– The reservation may be transferred to a later date, subject to availability, at no additional charge.

3.Cancellations made on or after the arrival date:** A charge of 100% will apply for the nights already stayed, including the night on which the cancellation is made, and 50% of the remaining nights will be charged.
